Return & Exchange Policy

Return window
You may request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests raised after 48 hours cannot be accepted.

Condition of items
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all tags and original packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, washing, or damage will not be accepted.

Items that cannot be returned
Products customized to your request — including size adjustments, embroidery, colour changes, or any other modification — are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order.

How to return

Self-return — Ship the item back to us yourself. Shipping charges are borne by you. We recommend a trackable courier, as we cannot take responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Pickup by our courier partner — We can arrange a pickup from your address. A flat fee of ₹250 will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7–14 working days to your original payment method.
